El cupo de participantes para las presentaciones individuales es limitado y será cubierto por orden de inscripción. Se programará un máximo de 50 orquestas o bandas en conciertos individuales de no más de 20min de música.
        Podrán participar agrupaciones juveniles o infantiles sin limitación de edades, número de integrantes ni tipo de repertorio.
        Las orquestas deberán movilizarse por medios propios. La organización del Encuentro no se hace cargo de gastos de alimentación ni de transportes internos. Cada orquesta debe concurrir a los conciertos con su personal de armado y desarmado del escenario (no menos de 2 armadores).
         Las orquestas de zonas de acción prioritaria (de bajos recursos) podrán acceder al plan de becas de alojamiento para lo cual deberán contactarse con la dirección del EIOJ para informes y presentación de las solicitudes correspondientes. La cantidad de becas es limitada y tendrán prioridad las orquestas de menores recursos  y por orden de presentación.
         Los conciertos individuales se realizarán las 2 primeras jornadas  en el  Auditorio de la Facultad de Derecho de la UBA; el concierto de clausura se realiza la tercer jornada en el Luna Park con una asistencia de hasta 6.000 espectadores. En este concierto todos los integrantes de las orquestas participantes se reúnen en una mega orquesta de más de 1500 jóvenes que comparten el escenario interpretando un concierto especialmente programado para este evento. Previo al concierto se realiza en el Luna Park un  único ensayo del repertorio seleccionado.
         El VII EIOJ prevé clases magistrales para los jóvenes estudiantes y un taller y conferencias dirigido a directores de orquestas juveniles.
           Las orquestas interesadas en inscribirse deben enviar los siguientes datos por mail a cursosyfestivales@argentina.com

• -Currículum reducido  de la Orquesta y su director (no más de 400 palabras entre ambos) 
• -Lista actualizada de los integrantes de la orquesta.
• -Foto en alta resolución del Director y de la Orquesta.
• -Programa de no más de 20 minutos de música, con detalle de duración de cada obra.
• -Listado completo de todos los integrantes con DNI, fecha de nacimiento y dirección de e-mail.

      The quantities of the participants for the individual performances, is limited, and will be picked by the applications, on a first come, first served basis. The Festival will present a maximum of 50 orchestras or bands, in individual 20 min concerts.
          The festival welcomes youth or very young groups, without limitations of age, size of the orchestra or band, or type of repertory.
           Orchestra or bands must make all types of arrangements on their own, including food, lodgings, and transportation. Each orchestra or band must come to the concerts with their respective personnel, in charge of setting up and break down of stands, scores, etc... (no less than two persons , for this)
            The orchestras or bands, from low income zones, are invited to apply for lodgings scholarships, which are available thru EIOJ, who will send all information necessary, and all applications needed. The scholarships are limited, and will be given as priority, to those of the least monetary means, and on a first come, first served basis.
                The individual concerts will be given  in the  "Facultad de Derecho" auditorium, and the last evening concert will be given  at the "Luna Park", which has a capacity of 6000  spectators. At this last concert all of the members of all the orchestras or bands, will come together on stage, as a “mega symphony orchestra” of more than 1000 young players, performing  a  special program, designed specially for this event. Previously, there will be one rehersal, also  at the "Luna Park", of the specially selected program.
           The EIOJ will offer master classes for the young students, for them, and  a work shop and lectures for the conductors of the different orchestras & bands.
           The orchestras or bands interested in participating in this festival must subscribe attaching the following information by e-mail to: cursosyfestivales@argentina.com

1.Resume of the orchestra or band and its conductor (please no more than 400 words for both)
2.Name of all the present players.
3.High resolution picture of the conductor and the orchestra or band.
4.List of the program (no more than 20 minutes of music), with the timing for each piece.
5.List with players´ ID number, date of birth and e-mail address.
